I teach 4th grade Reading.  Assignmentsare given each day and written on the board. Students are responsiblefor writing their assignments in their planner. Students may accessthe Connected.com website to review skills that are being taught eachweek.  Students are required to read independently and get 10 AR pointseach nine weeks grading period. Students will be given a total of fourgrades each nine weeks for AR. A comprehension grade and a points gradewill be given. Two grades will be given midway of the nine weeks and twoat the end.  Students will also receive grades from selection tests andskills.  Please encourage your child to read each day.  I look forwardto working with your child.
